The Beginner plan is designed to offer a structured and consistent workout plan and answer questions as well as offer tips over the course of 8 weeks.The Advanced plan is constructed with the thought of someone who works out 7+ hours per week and would like to improve on all three sports while learning how to put them together specifically for Ramblin Rose triathlons.
